In this loose 1-hour session, you'll make breakthroughs of your past that may have brought you feelings of harm, PTSD or helplessness. EFT is a short-term psychotherapy that helps people understand and manage their emotional needs. It involves three stages: de-escalation, restructuring, and consolidation. Also known as "Emotional Freedom Technique". This is not a magical, one-and done practice. Unpacking takes time, at your pace, and at your willingness. We're here to support your personal development. Bundle Sessions are available.
